Adding Things To The Start Menu

I was wondering, is it possible to add items to the first Start Menu in XP. Not the All Programmes Menu, which is relatively easy to do, but to the right hand side of the double menu that appears when you click on Start (That has My Computer, Control Panel, Printers and Fax etc on it). I mean, using the right click - properties on start menu you can remove stuff, and also using TweakUI you can remove other stuff, but, is it possible to add things to it?
