How to save images from video

i wanna make a pgm (VB 6 ) 2 capture (display) the video frm a camera connected to the TV tuner card.

Then in the form i have 2 display the video frm the tv tuner.

Then how to save a frame of the displaying image ?

in which format is it possible ??

my idea is t osave it with MS Access DB , is it possible??

or some format that just i create ????
