Hi all,

I'm Rob from the UK, as if you would have never guessed that from my user ID!

I'm 22 and have worked in support for the last 4 years!

Currently working for an Oil Drilling corporation, looking after about 50 users, 6 servers, telephone system and anything else that has a plug on the end of a wire!
