Power User

Hello again my fellow MSFN'ers,

I have a an office in Broward which is part of our domain, we recently changed the users from administrsator of the local machine, to power users to prevent them from installing programs that are not part of the IT standard. In doing that I have had some users complaining that Outlook was not allowing them to archive. Does Power User have the right to archive. Can someone please guide me in the right direction?
