Advanced Hidden files in XP

Featured Replies

UltraISO has an option called "Advanced Hidden" where you can make files hidden in a sense that when viewing hidden files they still dont show up. But thats only in an ISO file does such a app or function exsist in XP?

Thanks,

MrChris

You can mark the file as a system file.

This will only work if the system files are all marked as hidden.

There third party software where folders can be hidden and password protected.

Currently I do not know of any I used one once with Win98. Just google for hiding files and folders.

There are superhidden files and folders like $MFT. Dunno how to make them though...there's always the rootkit method ;).
