i cant post on my comp

I have no idea if this will even post, i hope it does, because this is a real pain.

whenever i try to post on a forum or delete or edit my emails it comes up page cannot be found.

i tried many different browsers to avoid this, i used opera and that worked for a few posts, but now says somthing like *a remote server has cancelled the connaction* when i try to post or use emails.

Netscape and modzilla both pop up a box saying "the document contains no data" when i try and post.

can anyone help me?
