No, no firewalls, i have a pop-up blocker but the things im doing arent pop-ups and dont work when i shut it off.

I cant get any animations or IE based games to work. I'm running on xp (obv.) using 600k broadband from ntl and running through a proxy server, though ti doesnt work through my normal connection either. Can anyone help, cos it used to work fine but it just stopped working.

I have no idea if this will even post, i hope it does, because this is a real pain. whenever i try to post on a forum or delete or edit my emails it comes up page cannot be found. i tried many different browsers to avoid this, i used opera and that worked for a few posts, but now says somthing like *a remote server has cancelled the connaction* when i try to post or use emails. Netscape and modzilla both pop up a box saying "the document contains no data" when i try and post. can anyone help me?

It didnt work for my XP friend, he went through every step, both the time one and the ref one. But still gets msn not available when trying to use 6. :@

2 friends of mine have experience a problem like this, they both have xp, as do i. i have no problem, but both my friends get to the sign in part and i just says msn can be reached. Ill tell them that solution, and if it works for the one whos experience with changing directories, ill talk the other one through it.
