ljCharlie Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 I have created a form in Outlook 2003. I've published the form but when using the form fine. The problem I have is, perhaps during the design steps, when receiving the form the custome build fields and textboxes are not lost. Any idea why? Help is appreciated.
