Tested on XP SP2. Dont know if it works on Win 2000/2003.

Thanks tfw2002, tested and working on Server 2003 SP2.

Its all in hex, but it shows up in the registry as:

mmc.exe %systemroot%\system32\devmgmt.msc

So if you install Windows on any drive A to Z it will work.
