[W2k3]disabling unneded services

Server has the following roles:

DNS SERVER, ICS, DHCP SERVER, file server(since it hosts lots of files for the 3client computers)

Now I wish to know which services can be disabled, since my only point of references is the WINXP services guide. I cant find anywhere a W2k3 services guide

At lease a "human" explanation of the services that arent present in Windows XP or Windows 2k
