[Question] - user access in windows xp

Hello,

I am looking to see if anyone can help me with how to change some basic access for Users vs. another group in windows xp. I want to take away the built in windows games from the user group.

I also need to take away internet access from the user group (or even better, an individual user) while conserving access for the rest of the computer and the local network.

I am fairly proficient with computers just can't seem to get this one to work in my favor yet.
