Active Directory on Win2K performance tuning

I'd like to know how to performance-up Active Directory DC.

We can't replace new H/W.

We'd like to know the replication traffic sizes of between AD site and AD site ,and the replication traffic sizes of between DC and DC. What tools do we use for capturing replication traffic ?

replmon and netmon would be two good tools to monitor replication.
