Flash Memo and voice reocrder

hi guys,

i was recording using my Flash Memory and Voice recorder a long conversation. after stopping it i was trying to copy it to my PC but i couldn't and windows adviced to scan disk my flash memo ... after doing that my file became 800kb from almost 100 mb file. the file is recorded in wav format and after scan disk i've all the small files created by scan disk (.chk i believe) and the 800 kb wav file... is there any way to recover my full conversation
