Dangerous Music

Hi, I use Windows XP SP2 in Brazilian Portuguese and sometimes, when someone sends me a music thru MSN Messenger, when I click to open (in the message that says that it has been received in MSN window), Windows give me an error that in portuguese is "O Windows descobriu que este arquivo pode ser perigoso. Para ajudar a proteger seu computador, o Windows bloqueou o acesso a este arquivo", or, translating to English it would be something like this: "Windows found out that this file could be dangerous. To help protecting your computer, Windows blocked the access to this file". Does someone know what is that and how can I deactivate this? Or maybe, does someone have seen this message in English? It would at least help me to search for more information on the web.
