How install new keyboard settings? I have removed almost all!

I have deleted almost all Languages / Keyboard. I have left only my 2 settings. Now I want install Croatian keyboard.

How i can install new keyboard settings ?

What do you mean deleted did it have a big list of all of the keyboard settings and then the standard one was in bold?

I think they should still be in windows just go to Control panel, Regional and Language options, Languages, Details then add your keyboard in there and set it to Default

Let me know if that works
