[How To] how can i disable FIND TARGET

First of all i want to apologize on the last post that i created, i forgot to put a tag on it.. im so sorry

pls help me on how to disable the FIND TARGET Botton on Properties in Shortcut Tab. to make things more clear pls click here it's the one that has a red circle on it.. i just want to disable to prevent other users of my computer to alter/modify/delete the files where the shortcut is targeted to... pls help me thanks
