Service Pack 1 & Cumulative Patches

Is it possible to selectively install all or most of SP1 by individual cumulative patches to troubleshoot SP1 issues? Are there switches for extracting individual patches in SP1 for selective install? Are all or most of SP1's fixes available seperately?
