Hijack the Vista PE.....?

Not sure how sanctioned request will be, but anyone know if it'll be possble to hijack Vista's Windows PE version? (From here on in I shal refer to it as Vista PE since it is vastly better IMHO)...

By hijack I mean take what exists for it and apply it towards out own nefarious purposes.....

I do it after getting a new build.

I find the build 4051 to be the most dynamic though. 4074 and 5219 didn't do very much for me. =/
