Internet Browsing

I've recently come across a problem with one of the comptuers in my domain. The client computer runs Windows 2000. Server is 2003 SBE, ISA 2004.

When the user goes to browse the internet, you HAVE to enter the "http://www." in order to go anywhere. For example, if they type in "dcecu.org" they get a "page cannot be displayed" error, but if they go to "http://www.dcecu.org" it works fine. It's not an issue for the "dot com" domains seeing as they just hit CTRL+ENTER and go...but the other domains are an issue.

Anybody have any ideas??
