Error when installing inattended Windows 2003

I have modified the txtsetup file to install HP 5i and 6i drivers for Windows 2003. I have doubled checked the entries and have this error message:

"The entry in the [sourceDiskFile] section of the INF is corrupt or missing.

This is for the HPcisss files.

Here is my entries:

I have makecab'ed all the driver files and added this entry to the winnt.sif

OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\HP5i6i","Drivers\LSI"

Drivers are located in /i386/$OEM$/$1/Drivers/HP5i6i.

The LSI drivers work just fine.
