Heres a PST Configuration Question

To have:

1 Outlook Profile,

with 3 Email Accounts,

and each Email Account have its own PST?

So that messages for each Email Account will sort into each PST folder and be saved in each individual PST?

This way Joe Blow has his Personal Email Account, the Info Corporate Email Account, and Another Email Account. All Within 1 Profile, so he dosnt have to constantly switch profiles, because he depends on updates from all 3.

Another benefit of this, is that if Joe Blow is relieved of the INFO Corporate Account by John Doe whos office is 4 floors up, John Doe just has to link his Outlook to the INFO Corporate Account PST?

I use Outlook 2003, Coworkers Outlook XP

Create 3 rules within outlook:

1. Move all emails sent to email1 to pst1

2. Move all emails sent to email2 to pst2

3. Move all emails sent to email3 to pst3

Whichever machine the email accounts are located on will need to be on and outlook running at all times for this to be up to date all the time..
