am i in the correct forum for help on nlite install

not sure i am in the proper forum. i am looking at WWW.nliteos.com/nlite.html and i am not sure what the fist step would be.

My machine works find, but i would like to have a cd or dvd that would allow me to repair my 2000 pro sp4 instatllition should i ever need to do so or move my softeware to new harddrive.
