boot editor error

I did the search but didnt show up anything....i'm also unfamiliar with the google searching thing of this forum. Here's my problem:

I ran Booteditor according to the tutorial here http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/51/ followed it to the part where you click the make button then click ok to create the .zip file. When i click ok it doesnt create any zip file or any new folder, then after this the software doesnt respond to any thing. i have to close it and reopen it. Windows also report that Booteditor has encoutered a problem and needs to close. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? thanks.
