network activity question

I think my file server may be sending out multiple requests to my mail server. I have run virus scan several times and come up with very little, but I'm still getting a ton of traffic on both servers at the same time. Is there any application that I can run on the file server to see what program(s) are active on the network?

you could use netlimiter..

not that you want to limit or control the network activity.. but after it is installed it doesnt limit anything but it will tell you what process is using what bandwidth
