[Help]Hangs at Flag bootscreen, then reboots if keys are pressed

Hey, I'm having a pretty serious problem on my main rig, so this is kinda urgent. Last night, I removed a HDD I wasn't using, it was IDE, and then restarted my computer. It would POST fine, and then go further into the screen where normally it would show a Windows flag and a green progress bar, but I have a custom boot screen.

There, it would kinda just "clip", meaning the bottom half of the image would become all distorted. From here, if I pressed ALT+F4, CTRL+ALT+DELETE, or Escape, my computer would restart, but pressing any other key, it would just hang at the boot screen.

I tried starting in safe mode, but it goes through the bootscreen too and does the same thing.

Right now, I am trying to figure out if the boot screen got corrupted somehow or if it's something else that's wrong with my computer. I've been using it fine for the past 3 months, it is the one that came with XPize, a program used to "make windows pretty"

Thanks for all your help guys!
