I've tried searching the forum but found nothing...

Please help me!

I did the following:

1. I took a windows XP sp2 iso from the msdn.

2. I prepared an unattended winnt.sif file.

3. I put the winnt.sif file into the I386 folder of the ISO

4. I ran the ISO using VPC

5. A regular winxp installation started ignoring my unattended file.

My question is:

Do I have to add a batch file (winnt.bat) or change by any means the boot sector in order for the setup to run in unattended mode?

If so How do I do it?

I coudln't find it in the guide...

Thanks in advance,

Shabtai

You dont need a batch file.

Extract the files from the Iso using WinRAR, place winnt.sif into i386, make a bootable Iso with nLite.
