Files that could do with patching

I have come across three cpl files that could do with patching:

1. FolderSize.cpl (located in %programfiles%\foldersize) - The icon is only 48*48 and the alpha channel doesn't work - http://foldersize.sourceforge.net/

2. Lclock.cpl (located in %windir%\system32) - The icon isn't of the greatest quality - http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=157465

3. ImageDrive.cpl (located in %windir%\system32) - The icon isn't of the greatest quality - Imagedrive is an ISO mounting program.
