logon screen-can someone debug something for me?

well since i have all next week off, ive decided to start wasting my whole day on worthless things, such as editing the logon screen.

the only problem i have right now, is that whenever my mouse it not over my username, there are some white lines/boxes.

i have looked through everything that i could possible think of and i have no clue what is causing the problem.

THIS IS FOR X64, im not sure if it will work with 32bit so i wouldnt try unless you know for sure.

btw, the commands

foreground: white;

are not the casue of this problem, i have tried another color and i still had the problem
