recover data: my outlook data

Hi, my laptop hard drive crashed, and I ended up getting all my data back by using an external connector and hookind the hard drive to it, putting the drive in the freezer, and I can access my data. If I put it in the computer, it clicks, and gives me a blue screen after about 10 seconds. I just dont know how to get my outlook data. Like their is no folder for outlook in the program files. I did see their are outlook files in my office files (under program files) does anyone know what ones I would need to save? I re installed outlook on my new hard drive, I just need to get my old data to it, and I cant run the program to back the stuff up I have to manually do it, any help would be deeply appreciated.

emails are in the pst file and all other settings/addons/plugins are in all the other files
