trust_no1
Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to put the recycle bin and my videos in the Start menu of Windows XP like my Computer, my images, my music........
CptMurphy
Right click the start button and click open. Move it asside so that you can see Recycle bin and click and drag it into the start menu folder. For my videos, make a shortcut to the folder by right clicking and clicking create shortcut. Click and drag that into the Start menu folder that you have open. To do this for every account, open up the All Users folder in Documents and Settings and do the same thing, copy it into the Start Menu folder. ZileXa
I disabled "My Music" and "My Videos".Only have My Documents and My Pictures AND "Music" (not a personal folder). My Startmenu, right-pane looks like this (Top to bottom):My DocumentsMy PicturesMusicMy ComputerSearchRun..Now I want "Movies" to be in the list! Also not a personal folder, just like Music. I want it right after Music... Somehow this seems to be impossible.I registered the folders as follows:;Change location of Shared Folders Part1[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders]"Common Documents"="D:\\Shared documents";Change location of Shared Folders Part2[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders]"Common Documents"="D:\\Shared documents""CommonPictures"="D:\\Shared documents\\Pictures""CommonMusic"="D:\\Music""CommonVideo"="D:\\Movies"So Music does appear in the startmenu (for every user) but Video doesn't.Any ideas?
