outlook 2002 problem

Every time I start Outlook 2002 I get an error message:The add-in"C:\PROGRAM~1\Hotbar\bin\450~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded.I have tried everything including Detect and Repair but error message still pops up,also I can not go online after opening Outlook I have to use GoBack and reboot.

Having a quick look at your post I notice the error message points to Hotbar in the Programs Directory. Try uninstalling the hotbar, or perhaps even reinstalling it.

Is Hotbar listed as one of the plugins in Outlook? Perhaps you want to disable it.
