[Help] CHKDSK error message

I get an error message "Windows was unable to complete the disk check" when doing a Right click C:\Drive/Properties/Tools/Error Checking/Check now/Tick Fix & Recover Bad sectors

Also Computer shuts down if i try to go into safe mode

You're required to use the command prompt Chkdsk to get a reason why the scan can't be completed! It probably is going to tell you if it's because of a bad sector or other corruption.

Open up the command prompt and type

chkdsk c: /v

and if that don't do the trick, type

chkdsk c: /r
