Excel 2000 - linking worksheets

Hi there, I'm looking for some help on how many spreadsheets can be linked within 2000. I have a master document which pulls formulae from various worksheets, at the moment I am probably using at least 20 other worksheets which could quite feasibly have linking formulae in them also. I am now getting problems and am looking to find out if there is a restriction in the number of worksheets that can be linked, but also if there is a restriction on the number of levels down that formulae can be copied from ie. if a number on a worksheet links into a second then a third etc etc.

Hi. No offense, please, but it's just a bad idea. If you need to link this much data, either bring all the worksheets into one workbook, or start building a database.
