[Question] Hyperlink not working

Hi everyone.

My Outlook e-mail hyperlink's no longer working, and I'm wondering why. Whenever I attempt to link through to a website, I get the message 'The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer'. Weird, because no restrictions are in place.

Does anyone have any thoughts...?
