Crm 3 problem with sql server

Recommended Posts

Okay. here is my story: I´m messing around at my work with virtual server 2005, I have installed 3 server 2003 machines on the virtual server and I am currently trying to install microsoft crm 3.0 on one of the. I already installed active directory with a domain controller, exchange and ms sql server 2005, I am trying to install crm but I get an error in the system requirements checklist on sql server and sql server reporting services. it reads :" login failed for user '' The user is not associated with a trusted sql server connection. My question is : where does the installation get the username it trying to connect to the sql server with?

Anyway, that is my problem. I will be grateful for any help you can give me.

ps. sorry about my english :)
