I want to make program for downloading updates which I can use for example in nLite.

But my Windows system language isn't "English".

It's "Czech" and I don't know where can I get the list of updates for this version.

Something like http://download.microsoft.com/download/xml...us/mssecure.cab but for czech language or something with links for updates in other languages than english.
