HELP!!!!!

I am seriously desperate. I have been using Outlook for years, probably more than a decade, and have never encountered anything vaguely like this.

My contacts list numbered somewhere in excess of 600, but when I tried using Outlook 2003 this morning, I found I have a total of 29 contacts remaining.

The only thing I can think of that I did the could have even remotely been responsible would be that yesterday (for the first time) used the "By Follow Up Flag" from the "Current View" menu.

I have switched back to the "Address Cards" view, but it doesn't bring my lost contacts back.

I have checked the View area and no filters are set and I am at a loss as to what happened and how to get my contacts back.

These are business adn personal contacts that I have accumulated over years and I will be in serious trouble if I cannot find a way to restore them.

Any help would be genuinely appreciated.
