Rockford Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I would like the window for media center to always open in the same place (on my tv, extended from the desktop of my main monitor). I can't get this to happen. I have the HP computer with the IR remote set up in my living room away from my computer room. So i would like the my media to come up on the second monitor when i use the remote. I tried cloning my main monitor, but it is a wide screen and that leads to a bunch of other issues. Any ideas welcomed.
bionicman Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 You want a Dual View setting so you can configure the second TV/Monitor. You haven't told us how you plan to connect to the the TV (s/video?) or what graphics card you are using? I could talk for ages about Nvidia but that would be usleess if your using ATI.
