Grainy Icons

When adding xp icons th Windows 2000 I notice they are grainy on the edges. Is there a way to smooth them?

Is there an easy way to add theme support to Windows 2000? May unattended or after install?

unfortuantly adding themes or fixing the icons is not something that can be easily done unless you get something like windows blinds working on 2000, since alot of theme framework for skinning and such wasn't in 2000 you might have a hard time doing this
