jimsonweed Posted February 2, 2006 Posted February 2, 2006 I come to place of huge wobbling brains because Word problem denies sleep. My problem stated simply is my MS Word (latest edition) lie to me.I place border around page text on page - (format+borders and shading+page border), border look complete - perfect - but when view in Print Preview, now see sides and top of border line clearly, but border line at bottom curiously absent. The border is incomplete. If bad earthquake words could fall out bottom of page. Very queer. But find lots of queers in Microsoft. I do deletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedeletedelete after last word of text on page to clear matter of invisible alien nature. I try 'footer' or 'no footer' but no matter, problem still in evidence. Also, the page is unnumbered and no number supression is in effect.I shoot my brain for great psychological discomfort this egregious fault create. I go to other word where no Microsoft.Who can help me. Help me and you can have my sisters - and my cousin Grendel too.I say big prayer with this message.your eternal friend
Anne Troy Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 After you read this article, the problem will make complete and perfect sense. No more whining or crying:http://www.officearticles.com/word/trouble...rosoft_word.htmHope it helps!
T D Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 Who can help me. Help me and you can have my sisters - and my cousin Grendel too.Not sure I want them thoughThis happened to me as well. I have 2 printers, when my lexmark (old) was default, the page border was out of the printable border of the page. But new printers have extended borders/borderless. My new printer printed it out perfectly.
