[Question] Is there a way to open the oppisite control panel from run

Something like start-->run-->control -classic or control / classic (those dont work), but is there some other /switch trick to open the control panel in the view you want. Dont tell me "just go into control panel and change it", I know that, that's not what I am wanting.

I have found nothing, I know you said "Dont tell me "just go into control panel and change it"" but thats probably the only way you can do it.
