Maleko Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 (edited) Ok, i have set up Apache, PHP and Mysql on a system here at workall is running fine.When I have set up PHPNuke i get this error message on the admin page and similar on other pages:Notice: Undefined variable: aid in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\admin.php on line 16Notice: ob_end_clean(): failed to delete buffer. No buffer to delete. in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\mainfile.php on line 43Notice: import_request_variables(): No prefix specified - possible security hazard in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\mainfile.php on line 64Totally stuck on this one!Also, I can create an admin acccount here, and log in, but everytime i click on a admin button, like blocks or submissions etc, it take sme back to admin login :S Edited February 1, 2006 by Maleko Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lowster11 Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 If you are using IIS, you need to go into the webserver settings and add index.php as the default file, if you dont know how to do that, do not open up your server to the web, you'll be hacked quickly. Grunth0s Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 Have you set the appropriate permissions for the admin and setup files following the installation of PHP-Nuke?Alternately, it may be a corrupt mainfile.php file (or a damaged file that it references).You could try re-extracting just that file from the original data, and re-creating the site (still using the same database information).
