Problems installing MS Project Server 2003 setup rolls back

Hi,

I'm having terrible trouble with a two server installation of MS Project Server. I've got the SQL server configured on a seperate box and sharepoint, IIS and MS Project server are going on the second box together.

Problem is, when I do the actual install of Project Server it goes most of the way then rolls back and says it has rolled back due to an error!

Sharepoint appears to be working correctly, and the database gets set up on the SQL server OK.

any ideas greatly appreciated!
