editing SIF for unattended XP INstall

Ive got a good Image that will do a basic install of win xp pro sp2 completely unattended.

My questions are...

1. How do I get additional programs to install once xp has finished installing such as Eudora, Acrobat reader, norton antivirus ect ect. which are burned on my cd.

2. How would I go about locking down windows and having it incorporated into my unattended install. Im wanting a really secure unattended install of windows xp pro sp2.

as of now the only way i see to lockdown windows is to slim it down to mixrowinX level:

wait for the addon to come out tho... im makeing proggres on it and it seems to be coming along nicely
