Problems with Works 4.5

Hi everyone

this is my first post on this forum (quite a place). I am hoping someone can kindly help with a problem I have with both my wifes and my computer (both on XP).

We both like and use Works version 4.5.....its suits us both.

Just recently, we have encountered a problem when trying to print envelopes from selected addresses on our databases. Strangely it happened to both PC's at more or less the same time... and has continued.

Having selected the addresses, we drop down tools, & select envelopes. We then have a multiple choice to select and confirm (size, address, name etc etc) - however this is no longer happening! It we select envelope size, and click next - nothing happens, it will not return to the instruction box for the next selection

Any ideas on this would be appreciated. YES, we have uninstalled and reinstalled on both machines.
