techguy21801 Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 very true..it's really sad when the network tech on the phone knows what he is doing but wants me to show him how to map a drive. now i'm not saying all tech support is godd but they are few of us around that know what the f*** we are doing.
