Question about Unattended Guide and Activation

Is this is a mistake? The guide says to copy the oembios.bin, cat, sig, and dat from the I386 folder of your windows CD and put them in the I386 folder in your windows setup source folder.

If your windows setup source came from your cd to begin with aren't they already there? Wouldn't you just be copying the same files?
