How to add user which name is Environment Variables?

Hi,everyone

When I unattended installing WinXP, i want to add a user which name is Environment Variables:UserName.

How could I use tools(AddUsers:Win2K Resource Kit tools) to add the user which his name is Environment Variables:UserName?

it's already defined as: %username%

to see the full list of enviroment variables go in a command prompt type: set

I have already try this way!But It could not work . And I input the username and password in a txt files,then add these user by AddUsers tools .But the added username is "%username%".
