Here's the situation..

I have one Win2003 server in Windows 2000 Server mixed domain. This 2003 server is a member server and I've put several domain users in the power user group on that server. Now when those users try to add one of our network printers which reside on Win2000 Server they get the following error:

how do you have permissions setup for the printer? is it setup to a TCP/IP port? is it listed in AD?

It is listed in AD, but i suspect in drivers 'cause Win2000 Server where printer resides doesn't have drivers for Win2003 Server, but this is a strange error if this is the case..
