Dell Dimension, desktop, one year old.When I run a program called Photofinish (which enhances photographs) the screen goes black for four seconds, then it returns, but the quality and definition of the colours and images is blurred. This is a recent problem when I try to run this program. What could be wrong? How can I correct it? (I have disabled all the startup programs - msconfig - but the problem remains.) eyeball Posted January 7, 2006 Share Posted January 7, 2006 press the auto correct button on your monitor, i had a similar problem spent ages downloading loads of different drivers and trying them then i pressed that button and it fixed itself - doh!
